Cervix Removal
In cases of cervical dysplasia, cervix removal isn’t necessary, instead a LEEP procedure and check for vaginal dysplasia are.
The cervical organ also has a role in sexual function. The surgery necessary to remove the cervical tissue is responsible for post-operative back pain that women with their cervix left in do not complain of.
