Cervix Cancer
Cervix cancer may require cryosurgery or a LEEP procedure.
Carcinoma in situ is non-invasive cancerous cell activity, but will require surgical removal. Invasive carcinoma requires immediate removal as it is “invasive”. Approximately 34% of women clear cervical dysplasia within 9-18 months. Those whom do not clear it may be plagued with it for years.
Cervix cancer may require cryosurgery or a LEEP procedure.

Cervix Cancer -
Cryosurgery, LEEP Procedure
Cervical dysplasia is a pre-cancerous condition. It means abnormal or “dysplastic” cells of the cervical region. There are different phases in which abnormal cervical cell activity can appear. One phase is ASCUS, then mild dysplasia, moderate dysplasia, and finally severe dysplasia. These are all pre-cancerous conditions. Cervix cancer may require cryosurgery or a LEEP procedure.
