Cancer Cervical Leep
Cancer cervical leep procedures are often done if a miscarriage, due to HPV, has occured.
The other procedures are a cone biopsy or conization, ECC, or cryotherapy. The most common is a loop electrocautery excision procedure. There are several procedures that can be performed. The only option, which is medically approved to eliminate carcinoma of the cervix, is surgery.

Some women have had radical hysterectomies, and still have the cells return. This is why often times costly multiple procedures are not successful. HPV is the cause in most cases of carcinoma of the cervix, and you cannot surgically remove a virus. Unfortunately there is a 15-39% recurrence rate after surgery.
